Somatic Health Coach, Yin Yoga guide, Reiki practitioner, and founder of GG — Grounded in Grace.
My work is rooted in presence, pacing, and deep listening. I hold spaces where nothing needs to be fixed or performed — only met.
I believe in quiet rising, gentle becoming, and the power of returning to yourself in your own time.
My approach blends Somatic Coaching, Holistic Health Coaching, Yin principles, Reiki presence, and guided by seasonal rhythms to create spaces that feel safe, spacious, and grounded.
This is not about transformation.

I Become — Homecoming Season
A gentle, somatic season that begins to unfold over 3 months.
Two 60-minute sessions each month, held with presence, pacing, and care.
Somatic Health Coaching
A body-led space to explore what’s here, what’s rising, and what’s ready to soften.
Rooted in presence, pacing, and deep listening.
Yin Yoga (1:1 or Group)
Slow, spacious, grounding.
A practice of softening into stillness, meeting yourself without force, and letting your body lead the way.
Reiki
A quiet, restorative space for energetic settling and nervous-system ease.
A soft landing when words feel too much. Infused within offering or as a1:1 Holistic treatment
The Yin Pamper
Collaborative offering, soothing 90 min 1:1 experience blending Yin Yoga, Somatic guidance and choice of holistic facial, reflexology all infused with Reiki.
A moment to truly exhale and be held.
Menopause Yoga
Supportive, steady practices for the shifting seasons of perimenopause and menopause.
Grounding, regulating, and deeply validating.
Yoga4Health & Ease
A gentle, accessible pathway into movement, breath, and connection — designed for real bodies and real lives.
Grace is a lovely, caring yoga teacher. She creates a calm and safe atmosphere, which makes you feel nurtured and nourished. I highly recommend her classes. They are such a special treat for the soul.

Do you offer online or in-person yoga sessions?
Grounded in Grace offers both in-person and online sessions.

Our in-person sessions are available across the Fylde Coast.
What qualifications/training does Grace have?
- Health Coaching – EMCC Accredited, NHS-recognised.
- Soma Psyche Somatic Coaching — Practitioner Training (In Progress). Deeper layer to my Health Coaching accreditation, trauma informed deeper embodied somatic layer.
- BSc (Hons) Physical Activity, Health & Nutrition
- Yin Yoga accredited (50hr)
- Yoga Teacher Training (YTT 250hr) – Registered Yoga Teacher, grounding practice in accessible sequencing and embodied wisdom.
- Menoyoga® (30hr) – Certified training to support women through transition with compassion and clarity.
- Yoga4Health (NHS Endorsed) – Currently on pathway for accreditation.
- Menopause Champion
- Behaviour Change – Accredited for Health Care Professionals (NHS).
- Supportive & Palliative Care – Mindful Yoga into bereavement, offering gentle practices for grief and healing.

How much does a session cost?
Please complete the enquiry form and indicate the offering you are interested in and I will respond with options available.
I Become – Your first month includes two full sessions, with no payment until you know this is the right time for you.
Other offerings can be purchased pay as you go or at a discounted rate if buying a pass. All prices will be outlined following enquiry.
